Welcome to EduVerse. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EduVerse website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and EduVerse ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

EduVerse®, the EduVerse logo, and all associated names and marks are trademarks of EduVerse. You may not use them without express permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant EduVerse a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

We do not endorse any User Content and expressly disclaim any liability in connection with it. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
  • Use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
  • Engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech directed at other users or staff.
  • Scrape, data mine, or otherwise extract data from the Services without permission.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE.

EduVerse does not guarantee admission to any program, employment, or specific outcomes. Information provided on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or academic advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EDUVERSE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EduVerse and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.

For users located outside the United States, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
